Mighty Jaxx announced that company has successfully extended its series A+ fundraising to raise an additional US$11 million. The business received US$20 million at the round’s first close in March 2022.


Inspired by the US’s substantial consumer market, Singaporean businesses are looking more and more to grow there in the midst of the digital winter.

The Covid-19 pandemic, which forced many companies to investigate new markets and diversify their sources of income, was one of the many factors that propelled this development.

Mighty Jaxx is one such company. Established by Jackson Aw in 2012, it produces limited-edition collectibles in collaboration with renowned businesses including Warner Brothers, Netflix, Nickelodeon, and so on. 90 countries are among the design studio’s clientele.

Mighty Jaxx has now raised approximately US$51 million in total with this most recent investment.

East Ventures and Sunova Capital participated in the latest investment round. Investors included Korea Investment Partners, KB Investment, and Mirana Ventures had participated in the first closing, which was led by East Ventures.

Mighty Jaxx withheld the valuation of the round’s final closure, despite the fact that the first close’s valuation was estimated to be worth over $200 million.

In addition to the UK, Mighty Jaxx has its headquarters in China and the US, where it has conducted business ever since its founding.

This year, it intends to expand its operations in the US and Europe, drawing on new funding to facilitate this expansion.
